Designed for Protective Detail Specialists (PSD), Executive Protection Specialists, Law Enforcement, and Tactical Medical Personnel, this intensive 5-day course combines two-three days of academic instruction with two-three days of immersive scenario-based training.

Master life-saving skills in high-threat environments through Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) principles and guidelines, MARCH protocols, Smart Triage, and Trauma Management Techniques for gunshots, blasts injuries, and motor vehicle collisions.

You’ll learn to control massive hemorrhage, secure airways, manage shock, and execute tactical medical evacuations – all under pressure.

Topics Include:

·        Combat medicine foundations & triage

·        Mechanisms of Ballistics, blast, and blunt trauma injuries

·        Advanced bleeding & airway control

·        Fracture, burn, and shock management

·        Tactical evacuation protocols (per TECC/TCCC guidelines)

·        Multiple Casualty Scenarios

·        Live Fire operations (dependent on student capabilities)
