With over two decades of experience in managing and owning small-to-medium-sized businesses, Jenny combines her insights as an award-winning business owner, veteran, and a military spouse with her robust expertise in the security, intelligence, and investigations industry. Her experience demonstrates exemplary leadership and strategic expertise in critical operational roles. Jenny has helped to establish Seven Spears Security International, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in overseas security support operations for multinational and international companies. She holds certifications as a Certified Protection Specialist (CPS) from Executive Security International (ESI) and is a graduate of EP Nexus’ Travel Security Program Design Master Class, attends various conferences and classes throughout the year, and takes several continuing education classes, equipping her with a strong skill set in protective intelligence operations.

 

Jenny West currently serves as the Director of Operations and Co-founder of Seven Spears Security International, LLC, a risk mitigation firm founded in 2010. As the Director of Operations for Seven Spears, Jenny manages all functions with excellence in Protective Intelligence, Investigations, Coaching, Team Building, Networking, Leadership, and Marketing. Her passion for customer service, marketing, branding, and social media engagement drives her continuous efforts to enhance operational efficiency at Seven Spears. She has also significantly improved local community business support through the facilitation of a networking coalition with over 2,500 members, reflecting her deep commitment to community involvement. Serving also as Seven Spears Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Director, Jenny’s initiatives have not only heightened community engagement, but also earned her the award as one of Denver’s Most Inspirational People by Voyage Denver Magazine for three separate publications.

 

In 2017, Jenny joined Executive Security International instructors’ cadre and since then she has been serving as the Senior Course Director for ESI’s Threat Assessment and Threat Management Plan (TATMP) program and as a Senior Instructor during ESI’s Client Management/Operations block. Jenny’s adept use of proprietary databases and advanced OSINT techniques for intelligence/protective operations and her experience in conducting intelligence research and briefings for global NGO members on high-risk missions highlights the true depth of her skill sets.  She enjoys teaching and many students find her to be organized, levelheaded, practical, funny, and teaches on a level that is easy to understand.

 

Jenny’s dedication to professional development and education is reflected by her efforts to continuously improve ESI’s course offerings, which in turn, better prepares graduates for the extremely demanding executive protection industry. She actively collaborates with industry leaders and hiring managers to enhance the relevance and marketability of security training programs, making a significant impact in the field of security and beyond.
