Shannon Kelley, Director of In-House Operations, comes to ESI with a background in various industries including 15 years in surveillance, business management and finance as well as experience as a First Responder. Receiving extra certificates in Disaster Assistance training through FEMA. She will be working directly with the students and behind the scenes at ESI in various areas of the company.
